Here you will find everything you will need when attending one of our events. If you do have any other questions that are not answered here please do not hesitate to ask the team.
Is there a dress code?
Let your imagination take control, dress as your favourite character from a book or film. You can be fantasy or formal. If you want some inspiration or want to know what others are wearing head to our facebook
Is the venue accessible?
Our venue is completely accessible with access to all areas. Guide dogs are welcome and seating will be provided.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes, we will be serving alcohol. However, there will also be non-alcoholic options available.
Is there a cloakroom?
There is a cloakroom area for you to put any items you would not like to carry with you all night.
Is there a professional photographer?
We will have a professional photographer in the event. Our photos will be shared with all who attend and the photos will be used for and are not limited to creating content and social media for Fae and Ember Events.
Should I eat before the event?
Yes, we advise eating before coming to the event. We will be serving a small food option during however, with lots of dancing and entertainment throughout the event we highly recommend eating before.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, all of our events are 18+, we do have guests of all ages attending.
Are props and swords allowed?
Yes, props and swords are allowed as long as they are made of a safe material such as foam or rubber and have soft exteriors. Please note that if our team deem a prop unsafe or see a prop being used unsafely they have the right to remove it or refuse you entry with it. Props such as bows, arrows, crossbows and guns are NOT allowed.
Can I bring my own camera?
We have a professional photographer on site therefore professional cameras are NOT allowed.

YES! Lots of our guests attend solo.

What if i have social anxiety?
We know it can be really difficult when you have social anxiety but really want to go to events. A great way to feel a little more confident is to get in touch with others who will be attending on our
We will also have quiet areas for guests to take a breather if need be. Our team are very inclusive and everyone in attendance is always very welcoming, kind and they all share the same fantasy book or film life.
What if I have an allergy?
Let us know via email once you have purchased your ticket and we can make the arrangements for any allergies.

Our events are not based off of any books or films due to copyright.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for our events under any circumstances. However, if the event sells out we may ask to sell your ticket(s) to others upon request. Your tickets cannot be sold privately due to health and safety concerns.
